Released in 2021 and created by perfumer Aliénor Massenet, Corfu combines tart rhubarb, sparkling citrus and juicy fruit with aromatic herbs, florals and a smooth woody-musky foundation.
The opening is immediately distinctive, led by rhubarb, bergamot and grapefruit. Rhubarb provides a sharp, mouthwatering tartness with a green vegetal edge, while bergamot and grapefruit amplify the brightness. As Corfu develops, a juicy blackcurrant character emerges alongside geranium, rose, jasmine and lily-of-the-valley. Rose and jasmine soften the composition, and lily-of-the-valley contributes an airy floral freshness.
