Refund policy
All sales are final once payment is received and fulfillment is completed (decanted fragrances cannot be returned to their original container). Once your order reaches the shipping carrier, NicheFrags401 LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. All orders include $100 shipping insurance. If your order encounters a shipping issue, NicheFrags401 LLC can assist with directions and submitting carrier requests on your behalf.
If your package is delayed or lost, you must submit a "Missing Mail" request through the postal service’s website and wait for their response. If they confirm the package is lost or damaged beyond deliverability, you may file a claim. If your claim is successful, you can submit supporting documents to NichFrags401LLC@gmail.com. NicheFrags401 LLC will review the case to determine if any additional payment is owed, provided proof of a substantiated claim by USPS is given.
If preferred, NicheFrags401 LLC can handle the claims process with USPS on your behalf for a $50 filing fee (or 50% of the order total, if purchase price exceeds $75.00)If you file the claim directly with USPS, you will be reimbursed up to the total purchase price directly by USPS after their investigation and substantiation of the claim. Alternatively, NicheFrags401 LLC can file and monitor the claim for you, providing updates as they occur. If the claim is successful and NicheFrags401 LLC receives payment, the $50 filing fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued to the customer.
